On occasion it may be necessary to substitute some or all of the flowers used in your arrangement. This only happens on rare occasions when weather, seasonal availability, or other extraneous circumstances limit the stock levels at particular florists.

If a substitution is required … we will endeavour to contact you on the available phone number and seek permission to substitute. If we are unable to speak with you, we will proceed with the substitution and leave a message on your phone or email address.

We will do our best to ensure that the bouquet is of equal or higher value and presentation standard.
