Flower Orders
READY FLOWERS takes responsibility for delivering your fresh flower order within the following times:
| | Monday to Friday: | Orders received prior to 1pm, in the recipients time zone, will be scheduled for same day delivery. * |
| | Saturday: | Orders received prior to 10am, in the recipients time zone, will be scheduled for same day delivery. * |
| | Sunday: | We do not deliver flowers on Sundays (except Valentine's Days and Mother's Day. 10am cut off time applies for these days). |
| | Public Holidays: | We do not deliver flowers on Public Holidays scheduled in the recipients time zone.

All other orders will be scheduled for delivery on the next business day. Deliveries to business addresses are scheduled before 5pm Monday to Friday. Deliveries to residential addresses may be made up to 6pm Monday to Friday and up to 2pm on Saturdays. Please note that during Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, orders to residential addresses might occur later than these times. Please make of use the Special Instructions to communicate your requirements.
Special arrangements can be made for urgent and high priority orders at an additional price. Please make use of the "Special Instructions" field to communicate your requirements.
Delivery fees
The standard delivery fee for deliveries to major cities, towns and suburbs is $12.95. For regional locations an additional delivery fee maybe charged to cover the extra cost of supplying to these areas. The charge is added to your order at the checkout. For orders to remote towns, mine sites and difficult to reach locations, our Customer Service team will contact you regarding the additional delivery fee.
Orders containing alcohol
Gift baskets and flower orders containing alcohol may only be purchased by persons aged 18 years or over. READY FLOWERS reserves the right to reject orders that are without appropriate proof of age.
READY FLOWERS Limited outsources your order to local florists in your region to prepare arrangements of flowers according to the bill-of-materials associated with each bouquet displayed on this web site. The local florist may elect to deliver those flowers using their own drivers or sub-contract the delivery out to a 3rd party courier company.
All orders received by the prescribed times above will be delivered on a "best efforts" basis. Delays due to heavy traffic, bad weather, fuel strikes and any other unforeseen event will prevent us from delivering in the prescribed time.
All bouquets are prepared fresh and delivered in appropriate climate controlled delivery vehicles. READY FLOWERS recommends that all flowers be transferred to a cool site out of direct sunlight and prevailing winds to prolong the life of the flowers.
All care is taken in the handling and delivery of flowers. In the event that the arrangement is damaged in transit then READY FLOWERS will arrange with the appropriate local florist for their replacement.
Cancellations If you wish to cancel your order more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date, a $15.00 cancellation fee will apply. If you wish to cancel your order less than 24 hours from the scheduled delivery date, your order will attract a 50% cancellation fee. Unfortunately orders that have already been prepared and/or scheduled for delivery cannot be cancelled.
Gourmet Gift Baskets – Australia Only
Orders received by 2:00PM AEST are dispatched same day, and then standard delivery times apply. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm only. Gift baskets can not be delivered with flowers due to delivery restrictions.

Cookies, Cakes and Muffins – Australia Only
Orders must be received by 03:00PM AEST prior to your delivery date to ensure next day delivery. Deliveries are made Tuesday-Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm only. Orders received on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. All orders are dispatched from Sydney by courier on an overnight express service for delivery next business day. Cookies, Cakes and Muffins can not be delivered with flowers or gift baskets due to delivery restrictions.

Chocolate Bouquets – Australia Only
Valentine's Day Orders
All orders to be delivered on February 14th must be received by 12:00pm AEST on February 11th to ensure a timely delivery and to avoid any disappointment. Due to the large volume of orders received and processed on Valentine’s Day, we cannot guarantee delivery times or specific time requests. All deliveries to business addresses will be scheduled for delivery between 9:00am and 5:00pm (in recipient’s time zone). Deliveries to residential addresses may be made until up to 7:00pm (in recipient’s time zone). For any orders being delivered to country and regional areas, please ensure orders are placed by 2:00pm AEST on Tuesday February 8th. Any orders received after this time may be delivered on or after the 15th February.
Normal Orders
Orders must be received by 1:00PM AEST prior to your delivery date to ensure next day delivery. Deliveries will arrive at business addresses by 5:00PM and to residential addresses before 7:00PM Monday-Friday. Chocolate Bouquets can not be delivered with flowers due to delivery restrictions.

Orders for most products must be placed 2-3 days prior to requested delivery date to ensure timely delivery. Deliveries to regional and country areas will require 4 days notice and may take up to 7 working days to be delivered due to delivery restrictions.
New Baby Gifts – Australia Only
Orders must be received by 04:00PM AEST prior to your delivery date to ensure next day delivery. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm only. Orders received on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. All orders are dispatched from Sydney by courier on an overnight express service for delivery next business day. Gift baskets can not be delivered with flowers due to delivery restrictions.

Please note that deliveries to regional areas, remote areas (eg rural properties) Northern Territory and North QLD during wet season generally take 48hours more to arrive at their destination. We do not deliver on weekends. Orders placed before 01:00PM on a Friday, will be dispatched that day for delivery on the next business day (Monday). We do not deliver to Hospitals on weekends due to inwards gifts not forwarding the gift to patients. Please provide an alternate residential address.
Luxury Chocolates – Australia Only
Orders received by 10:00am AEST Monday - Thursday are dispatched same day, and will be delivered next day to most Australian destinations. We do not deliver on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday so chocolates aren't in transit over the weekend. Please note that orders received on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on a Monday morning for a Tuesday delivery. Deliveries to remote country areas will take 2-3 days for delivery.
Personalised Teddy Bears – Australia Only
Orders received prior to 2:00PM AEST will be processed same day and then standard delivery times apply. Deliveries are made Monday - Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm only. Teddy Bears cannot be delivered with flowers due to delivery restrictions.
